The Hub Business Centre Ipswich Ltd is committed to providing the best service to its customers by being transparent with terms and conditions and cancellation costs.

Unless otherwise stated, all costs given by The Hub Business Centre Ipswich Ltd are exclusive of VAT.

You will only be given access to the booked room on the day of the conference and only during the times booked unless prior agreement has been made.

A provisional booking may be made, but will only be able to be held for a maximum of 30 days without confirmation.

The Hub does not provide laptops for use with the projection equipment; it is the responsibility of the hirer to provide these.

All room booking invoices are payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.

A cancelling fee will be charged depending on the length of notice given and is dependent on the room hired. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.

We cannot accept any liability for the loss or damage to any property that is situated or left on our premises.

We have the right to change rooms at short notice providing the rooms is of the same size and layout.
